The KNCCI County Business Dialogue series visits Mombasa for a focused half-day session on the opportunities and regulatory challenges facing businesses operating in Kenya's second-largest commercial hub. Agenda items include port logistics and the Blue Economy, county business licensing and compliance, SGR freight corridor opportunities for SMEs, and updates on the Special Economic Zone at Dongo Kundu. The session will be attended by representatives from the Mombasa County Government, Kenya Ports Authority, and Kenya Revenue Authority. Registered participants will receive a post-event policy brief summarising resolutions and action points. KNCCI members are encouraged to attend in person to engage directly with county officials and sector leads.
